Provider Partnership

“I first noticed a gap in healthcare when I was competing as a Division 1 athlete and dealing with injuries is a day-to-day occurrence–this meant everyone followed the same treatment plan for recovery.

As I continued my medical school education, it became apparent that traditional medicine training is based on lab values and standard treatment plans as well. Yet each patient is a combination of health, history, and genetics and therefore they need their own personal wellness journey to achieve optimal health.”

—Dr. Lexie Hein, M.D.

About Nova Vita

Nova Vita Wellness Centers, led by CEO Jorge Alvarez, CRNA and Director of Operations Lexie Hein, M.D., started in early 2019 as an IV vitamin and IV ketamine infusion clinic in Edinburg, Texas, to provide physical health and mental health solutions. Following medical school, Dr. Hein noticed a gap in the teachings of traditional medicine and the modern-day healthcare needs of patients. In 2021 Nova Vita opened their second location outside of Austin, Texas and expanded their services to provide a personalized wellness approach with proactive solutions driven by data and customized for each patient.

Why Partner With Nova Vita

Direction of Wellness Industry

Interest in wellbeing appears to be at a tipping point. Workplace stress, mental health awareness, and lifestyle-related diseases are all driving demand for wellness solutions. Millennial preferences for experiences over ‘materials things’ may also be a key factor in the increased interest. Based on these macro and micro trends, the health and wellness sector looks set for continued growth throughout 2022 and beyond. The global wellness market is valued at over $4.75 trillion. The health and wellness industry growth rate is 6.4% (based on 2015-2017 data) and is expected to continue at this pace. Consumers are prioritizing their health more than ever which means greater receptiveness to products and services that support this, particularly those associated with enhancing the immune system, slowing down the effects of aging, and boosting physical performance.

More About Ketamine

Ketamine therapy has been hailed in Science magazine as the “biggest breakthrough in depression research in a half-century” and has provided much-needed, effective relief to those with mental health conditions and suicidal thoughts. And according to Thomas Insel, Director for National Institute of Mental Health, “Recent data suggest that ketamine, given intravenously, might be the most important breakthrough in antidepressant treatment in decades.”
